Well i wrote to my MP about 3 weeks ago, had a phonecall from the CSA saying i'd get a reply from them within 15 days.
Had a letter just now from the Parliamentary Resolution Team with a form to fill in (details of my income, household details etc).
Got til the 6th of March to send it back...can't til next week as i need this months payslip(which i don't get til the 26th).
Just wondering if anyone knows what happens after i've sent this back?
Thanks in advance

maybe i'm asking a stupid question, but why would they need to do an assessment on me when im the PWC? and this is over arrears of 8 years0 -
I don't know - I think you need to establish that they have sent it to you correctly - maybe they were supposed to send it to the NRP?0

If you have a CSA MA under the old rules then your details are included to calculate the amounts. WTC and CTC are not included.Nothing to see here :beer:0

It shouldn't affect arrears owed though, nor the action taken against the NRP to recover the arrears.0

ok well i rang them yestersday to confirm i had to fill in the form. The lady i spoke to was very nice and was quite happy to go through the whole process with me and explain what will happen once the forms are in. The same form has been sent out to the NRP , they are trying to recover the arrears and doing a new assessment too. He'll probably ignore the forms as he has done with any contact from the CSA in the past but the lady i spoke to this time said that a liabilty order will be issued this time if he ignores it all and it will go to court, bailiffs and maybe commital.0
