Poor Service From Just Miniatures

I ordered my wedding favour from Just Miniatures on 28th January. They took payment immediately from my credit card account. I hadn't heard from them or received my delivery on 12th February so I emailed them and received a curt response telling me that (as per their previous email - which I didn't receive) they had no stock of one item and expected it at the start of the following week and then it would be dispatched. I sent an email yesterday and they have not responded so I've just sent another.
I'm sure that they have many happy and satisfied customers but my experience is unsatisfactory and I just wanted to warn people not to rely on them and don't expect that paying £10 delivery fee would get you your order in anything under a month.
Hoping you are all having a much less stressful time

Sorry to hear that, hun - I'd be doing my dinger at the lack of satisfactory communications. I hope it gets sorted for you quickly!0

Minxy_Bella and SDH. Thanks for your input, interesting to find they use the same lines on other customers. Ah well, looks like I'll have to introduce them to a whole new world of hurt when I telephone them next week.0

Yeah, hey have finally arrived today and thankfully in time for Saturday. Cutting it very fine though which I hoped to avoid having ordered them on 28th January.
My advice to any potential customers - ring up to confirm they have stock before you give them your money - and don't expect anything resembling an apology from them when they let you down.0
