Whats invloved in adding a name to a mortgage & how much will it cost

Hi all
My fiance is the sole owner of a house. When we are married, the plan is to add my name to, and change her surname on both the deeds and the mortgage. With regards the deeds, I think you just go through the housing association and it's farely cheap (correct me if i'm wrong).
What do we have to do and how much will it cost to make the changes to the mortgage policy? My fiance was one of the last to get a 100% mortgage so if we have to open a new policy, we don't want to be worse off or unable to get a new policy.
