Rimless Spectacles @ Glasses Direct!

Hi There,
I just thought I would share with others on Money Saving Expert.com my good experience with Glasses Direct. I recently went for an eyetest at Specsavers and as usual my prescription had changed.
I lookd at the range availble at Specsavers and wanted a pair of rimless specs - they were priced at £169 inc lenses which seemed a bit expensive. so after coming home and reading some of the threads I decided to visit the Glasses Direct website and saw almost identical rimless specs at £55!
So I have ordered a pair and the service has been excellent. I received them within a week and the qualit of the specs is fabulous.
I just wanted to share my good experience with Glasses Direct and to thank people on this site who recommend online retailers for spectacles.
A happy customer.

Excellent. I need a story like that as I also intend to go shopping at glassesdirect, especially as my high street prescription glasses cost around £280 (i'm as blind as a bat with out my glasses !!) but suspect paying HALF that when I do make an order.
Did you use their "super-impose" facility ?? I need to have a digital photo taken first then I can "try the galsses on " via the net.
Thanks again.0 -
