Hey guys.
Been lurking around these forums a long time now and in the past couple of days I've signed up and I'm ready to go.
As you can see in my sig I've made a start on clearing my mortgage. It's relatively small and really the only significant debt I have, barring student loan but I'll cross that bridge at a later time.
I keep my credit cards paid off at the end of every month and at present have no car payments or anything like that to look after so I'm really in a position to more or less throw all my spare cash at the mortgage.
Since December I've managed to overpay the mortgage by about £820 and I plan to keep moving on that. Anyway - just stopping by and finally posting. All the best to the rest of you MFW's.
I'll probably keep this thread updated from time to time along the way but in the main it will be my sig that people can use to stay up to date if you are interested.
Good luck.
