I am awaiting payment due last month and they do not reply to emails or messages sent... yet they are still able to rebrand themselves and send a new version of software to users mobile phones.
Anyone else?

I had their tracking software installed and I removed it after it sends £0.75 of international texts everytime you flash your firmware. I tried to contact them - no response - not even the courtesy to fob you off. I haven't had a cheque off them in around 9 months.
I flashed my firmware again today and behold - another £0.75 of international texts on my account :mad: I've scrubbed the phone to make sure this doesn't happen again but I am not happy.
I've sent them another email but I'm not expecting a response. My advice would be to avoid mobilexpression and stop giving them your browsing data for free.0 -

Oh it is long uninstalled now. Just a shame because I used them with no problems for almost two years.0 -
I've had a couple of cheques off them now...haven't heard they've changed name tho?0

Just an update it arrived today from another company (ComScore) with a cheque from the account of another (Chexx Inc). Not installing the software again but glad I got the payment.0

Yeah im not resigning up since the change, ive had complications since the move and a delayed payment.
Although when i finally got through to someone they dealt with it instantly.0 -
I've been sending them emails for a couple of weeks now because I need to reload the software after I did a hard reset on my phone and I can't access my account on the website. I've had no problems getting cheques from them but as it looks like they are no longer up to scratch since changing to mobilexpression. Maybe I won't bother chasing them anymore.0
