Help, Need 'esc' and 'A' keys for laptop

Hi my 'escape' and 'A' buttons are broken off from my keyboard of my inspiron 6000. Anyone got any advice or a link to a site who can replace them at a reasonble price? Although the keys work, they are exposed and take a bit of effort to work now, Hope someone can help.
Thanks in advance xx

Get in touch with Dell and see if they'll sell you a new keyboard; one for my 2002 Toshiba was about 30 quid and they're usually fairly easy to fit.
  • These are all single sprung keys, but I'll give them a call, They dont make this model any more so the website didnt give me any hope but I'll try calling them instead, thanks for your reply xxx

  • Try keeping an eye out on ebay for the laptop as a broken/not working item...
  • Have you actually lost the keys or do you still have them? It is fairly easy to put them back on - Dell actually sent me step-by-step instructions for mine (I had been doing the right things but in the wrong order!!)

There is currently some replacement keyboards on Ebay too.
