endownment

My mortgage is paid off...when i was made redundant

I still have the mortgage endownment policy i took out when i started the mortgage.
The Norwich union say,,it will not pay off the mortgage loan..(30K)..as was intended but will be 4K short.

Can i complain of misselling..if my mortgage is already paid off and my endownment policy has not yet matured..(2 yrs to go)

You can complain if you felt it was mis-sold. However, if upheld, the compensation paid would be based on the point you repaid the mortgage.
