Hi all
Recently sent a letter to cap 1 with an offer of full and final settlement on a debt.
Got this reply this morning.
"Thank you for your recent letter
Unfortunately, i am unable to action your request because you have not signed the letter you sent us.Please send in your letter again with your signature on.
yours sincerely
blah blah
Senior Manager"
I have no intention of giving them my signature, i dont see what difference this makes.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this response from cap 1 before and if i should resend again without signature but put a timescale for the money to be available (gift from friend) and notify them when it expires they will get the very small amount per month i have been paying them before.
advice much apreciated
regards
Mark
