Hi
Just made my allowed capital overpayment in January and got a confirmation letter saying the Feb payments would be Blah Blah Blah at 3.25%. Hunky Dory
But got a letter today saying thanks for the capital overpayment and your interest rate from march would be 2.75% from march, so alliance are passing the rate drop on in full :T . It also stated that i had overpaid out of terms and would be charged a fee of X ammount. Straight on the phone asking why as this was in my terms and con's that i could. Bad mistake for checking. They had taken two capital payments out by mistake and are now looking into it
Just to Honest :A for my own good. 2K slipped away
