Thanks, my daughter has a small scar on her cheek where she fell on a piece of lego when she was a toddler. I've been looking for something to reduce the scar for a while.

i dunno whats happening for some people ive tried my link again but teh form is alsyways on teh bottom of the page?! im well confused!!! :P

Has something changed cos I've just seen this and it worked fine for me. I used the link in the OP- took me straight to the form.

This is an odd one as I can't see the form on this computer, but on my laptop there is a form to fill in which is located under the green box saying "Browse" at the top of it. I'm no computer expert, but you may have to delete cookies in order to see the form.

EDIT: Or use a different computer, hehe!
