Phone re holiday win - help

Ive just had a very strange call to saying I had won a dream holiday nothing to pay flights accomadation and spending money, from the Big Prize draw. The call was a bit strange kept asking what my dream destination would be and got quite agitated when I wouldnt answer
He said I would get a call back confirming
