meaf im confused !!!!!!!!!!

hi everyone just need a bit of advice ,i wrote to my last mortgage broker kensington mortages i think something to do with tml the mortgage lender ,and they said i cant claim back the meaf because i signed my contract saying that i will pay it s that is that ,can i do anything else about it or shall i just leave it .
i also asked them for a copy of my mortgage agreeement which they have sent me as my brother is doing something with his finincal advisor that if there is a problem with an contract you sign under the consumer credit act 2006 (i think) you can claim back some money is this rite ,because i just looked through my contract and it says the property we were leasehold but the property was freehold and they said when we got the mortgage out the payments were 568 and that includes 29.99 for building insurance and i really dont remember that been added to my mortgage i am soosos confused can anyone please advise if i have a case x

    Kensington is the lender, TML was the company that arranged the mortgage.

    If the exit fee is what you agreed to there is nothing to claim back.

    Sort of but only in a very small minority of cases and with mortgages there isnt a lot of reported success. Just a lot of companies wanting to take money off you up front. I'm sceptical.

    Not on those grounds.

    Errors that could cause a court to consider your case are not things like cost of insurance showing incorrectly or spelling mistakes. Can you really imagine a Judge ruling in your favour and telling you that you dont have to pay your mortgage back because the house insurance price illustrated was £8pm out?

    You can only apply for the difference in what you were told at the start and what they charged you if they increased it. If its the same then you cannot claim anything.
