In a moment of madness when B&Q shut down for a re-furb I bought a packet of mushroom spore (not the big kit, just a packet) for next t nothing.
Has anyone ever had any success growing mushroom at home or am I on my usual hiding to nothing ?

Years and years ago we bought one the those mushroom kits, I think we managed to get 4 mushrooms!! They were nice though.
Might have been just us...no green fingers.
