Title says it all really. It doesn't look like much tbh but for £10 it's homemade ice cream! :T
Oh. It's a Kenwood IM200.

I noticed these in Kwiksave save the other day, but decided against getting one. it does look like a toy, but I suppose for that price it's worth it. Any comment on how much icecream it makes per serving?0

Still haven't tried it yet but I'm starting to drool at the thought!0 -
It depends what ingedients you use! Included with ice cream makers I've had are recipes stating you can make it with a milk base. I always use cream which costs more. Then it will depend on whether you use cocoa or chocolate, tinned fruit or fresh, etc., etc. For the good stuff it definately works out cheaper than tubs.jaxxy00 wrote:Does it work out expensive to make?
I find that its best to make when you can eat it in one go, soft. Homemade ice cream sets hard, and leaving it out will not have as good texture as it does when just made. Also, make sure that the ingredients are really cold (they can go in the freezer for a while), and make the freezer as cold as possible for a while (if the ice cream makes it that far!).0
