5 year fixed rate deals, 4.29% the best out there?

Hi i'm looking to take a 144k mortgage out on a 420k property and I want a 5 year fixed deal. Low LTV% so thought i would get a good deal.
I thought i found a good deal the other week with the mansfield at 4.59% with a £20.00 valuation fee and a £999.00 arrangment fee, but stumbled across a good chelsea bs 5 year fixed of 4.29%, free valuation fee, and a £995.00 arrangement fee.
The reduced rate gives me £36 a month extra, which will mean i can offer alittle bit extra on a house that we want but the vendors won't drop below 420k.
Anyone seen anything that betters the chelsea bs on there travels?
