You can't enter 10 times using one receipt.
its one receipt = 10 entries.

there isnt going to be a closing date as boots uses info to calculate what they can improve and it now reflects staff bonus (SO PLEASE FILL THEM OUT!!) (And if you say a member of staff was helpful they get a prize (like chocolate!!))

Yeah, this doesn't really belong in comps as the number you get on your receipt is unique. It's just a customer satisfaction survey, they print out randomly. In my store, if someone mentioned out name we'd go on the 'star' wall. The person with the most stars at the end of the month got a paid day off .

Oh and it's not just any receipt, it has to be the code on the survey receipt itself.

I got my survey receipt when I got my ordinary receipt at the till...

It's random. When I worked with boots, I'd probably have 4 come over like 6 hours lol. Some days had more than others
