Anyone do this job, the one for my company entails working out business needs, i.e how many peolpe on phone at what time, working out rotas, working out bonus, doing the stats, working out overtime etc etc etc
Anyone do a similiar job, i think i have the chance of doing this for my company as a new role which im excited about so just wondering more aobut it from someone that is doing it already.

I did this job a number of years ago. It required a good kowledge of databases and data modelling, Excel, Crystal Reports, MS Access and SQL - and an enquiring mind so I could realise if the reports were giving wrong results, or if those results (while factually correct) were giving a wrong impression of what was going on.
Spotting and analysing trends is also important.0 -
