My course ended in 2007 but due to Family/House troubles i did not finish the course, i contacted CS and was sent an email saying -
"I have however arranged for all your outstanding materials to be sent out these will leave us here tomorrow and usually take 2 – 3 days delivery, your transcender CD’s will arrive under separate cover. With regards to your vouchers you will need to request these as and when you are ready to take the exam as they are time sensitive."
I have done a few exams since and came to order another voucher but got a email saying that the vouchers were only for 12 months from the end date.
If that was the case I would of changed my study habits and pushed to finish but as the email stated "as and when you are ready to take the exam" I did not rush.
What does everyone think about this?
Am I in the wrong?
In no emails does it state any time limit?
Small Claims Court!
Thanks
