Spam from Argos/Littlewoods

Anyone else started getting this spam, allegedly from Littlewoods, claiming that it's arriving due to my subscription to the Argos marketing list?

Usual response to spam of course - do not reply (it acknowledges you got it/read it), to unsolicited mail, for the same reasons do NOT click on any links in the message, instead report each one to your mail provider via their usual procedures.
