I am not sure how food prices compare across the country, but we are 2 adults and 2 children and I have never managed to get the shopping below £300 per month no matter how hard I try. It is generally £350 per month. There are a the occassional luxuries in there but no ready meals or anything unneccessary.0

It will be Ipswich actually, I had checked the council tax and worked it out to be just over £100 pm. If I remember correctly the Suffolk Coastal rates were cheaper than Ipswich !
Was that figure of £60 for electric/gas combined or £60 each ?0 -
