fixed gas price con

Hi All.
What should i do about Scottish Gas con? Took the option to fix prices last December -now the prices have dropped by 10% but as a loyal customer because i fixed the price = i dont get the price drop:mad: . Should i switch to another provider?

Have you phoned them?
I phoned EDF yesterday and went back to a standard rate from a fixed and I will be saving 5% . I thought I would leave it with this until things get better elewhere.

If they had increased their prices, would you be on here saying that even though you fixed your price you would be happy to pay the price increase?

It's the chance you take when fixing a price on anything.
