Might be worth trying occupational therapy but from my experience their budgets are minimal so sometimes it can lead to a long wait for equipment if it's not essential.
I do know however that Ardis interiors in Gilford do good chairs that would be suitable, I think they actually make some of their own furniture too so would probably be able to cover it in a suitable material. I think they now have a shop in Lisburn and Belfast too.0
