building company sued

dont know if this is in the rite place?3 yr ago my mother was walking to my house when she was hit on the head by a drain pipe,the work man was up on the roof and there was no signs to say men at work he yook the pipe of with a hammer and threw it down,my mother was 63 at the time she did take them to court and told the judge that she was only there for an apology they didnt show so the judge ordered that they pay her 2500 they still havent paid up the courtcase was 2 yr ago what should we do any info would be grateful thankyou

    Have you instructed bailiffs to recover the money yet?

    Is the builders a limited company or a sole trader eg joe bloggs trading as joe bloggs builders
