    You were lucky i was told i could not use my BITE card as the don't give discounts on these meals

    Shame they didn't honour the discount for you. I think that when I went to pay, I left the bite card slightly out of view. Luckily he saw it on the counter and gave me the discount. Still a good deal even if it was £1.99 for you :beer:

    Hi, I can confirm that this deal is available not only in London. I tried it at the Reading branch today and worked fine. I was pretty annoyed at the service I got though...

    First she rang up the wrong thing on the cash register, then she charged me the discounted amount then said 'no you can't have the discount' despite the discount being applied at the till. She gave me enough change, but as she got my drink, she flung it down so fast that it spilled all over the desk and she had to make me a new one...

    thats the trouble with BK, they employ these hoes without a notion of customer service

    Sounds pretty much like Reading, thats where i live. I have ordered food in my limited break time before got back to eat it and its the wrong burger :( no time to change it.
