hi
my husband suffered a mental breakdown over 2 years ago, he lost his job, he was the main earner. since then we have coped on my salary, we have taken 2 payment holidays on our mortgage - the last one is just about to end. we have survived on our credit cards, which are now full. my husband is now much better but struggling to get back into work.
we have tried to speak to our mortgage provider and local council etc but as my husband is claiming dla and ib we arent entitled to any help
we have offered to make a part payment to our mortgage but our provider just keeps saying as we arent in arrears they cant help us
any suggestions?????
