St Leonards on sea - Marina Allotments - Anyone a member?

I am trying to get hold of someone responsible for Marina Allotments. I email ed Hastings Borough Council's last October and heard nothing, I have since chased them, and they have said they emailed me originally (not!) and that they will dig out the original email - which they haven't done! (I wonder why)
Anyone on here have an allotment there or know who runs it?
