10000 steps a day

has anyone noticed how many steps they walk while money saving?

i used to sit at work, sit at home, go for a walk sometimes. I even bought a pedometer to try to encourage mayself to walk further each day.

But now I'm out and about looking for bargains or freebies i am walking pleanty of steps.

So even if you dont find a bargain dont be disheartened, you are getting fitter for nothing. Cancel your gym fees you dont need the treadmill anymore.

There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.

Yes agree, going between Lidl, Aldi, Tesco Etc for bargains - I must put on my pedometer to see just what i'm doing!!!

Have just bought the skipping rope in Lidl today for £2.49 - am I really going to use it??!!! ha ha - all the good work will be undone by all the cheap chocolate bars I keep buying when I'm in there!!!!:rotfl:
