Bird Nuts and Bird Feed (Wild Birds) Half Price in B&Q

I got 1.8kg for £1.50 of bird nuts. The seed was half price (under £2) too.

    The birds in my garden are snobs, and will only eat 'KP' nuts.
    Light blue touchpaper and stand well back !

    £1 for 2k of seed or nuts in the market.
  • Not all nuts are the same; I wouldn't advise giving wild birds KP nuts as they are very salty and not as beneficial to the birds' health as these Gardman nuts.

    I hung bags of peanuts from our trees at the very start of winter and they remain untouched! Yet the discerning little blighters have scoffed their way through countless fat balls :confused:

    Don't worry, I always make sure that the birdbath is topped up with plenty of Carlsberg Export for them to wash the salty nuts down with. I tried Stella but they didn't go much for that.

    Good price for seed, exceptional price for the nuts as this is about cost price when bought in volume.
    I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
