I had an email 9th jan to say one of my children had won a ds game planet rescue from anorak team still not got it do they take this long to come

sometimes its worth an email or message to them just because often they send your details to the company sponsering the competition and its up to them to send prize out.
I would say a month and then just a nice email asking if they have any news.
