Hi,

I went through a broker who took the time to make sure everything was in order before packaging and sending to Beacon, Beacon received all paper work on the Monday and I had my offer by the Thursday. Though now have to get an audit valuation carried out.....though looking ok. So Far. Good Luck, let me know how you get on.

My broker started packaging my case about a month ago, then I found a property about 3 weeks ago, as I said before case went to Beacon on the Monday and had my offer on the Thursday, the only thing I have to get now is an audit valuation as we dont have comparables. I am not too worried about that though.

could I ask you when did you have your audit valuation ? How long did it take to happen from when you got your Mortgage offer ?

Did you conclude the missives, are you tied in now ?

When do you exchange and complete ?
