Thank you, I had a look on the website and it is very interesting - I have a lot more in-depth books on herbal medicine as I have a keen interest, but this would be good for people who are starting to look into this lovely gentle form of healing!

looking on the NIMH website, I can see no reference to a Stuart FitzSimmons and the booklet itself offers few references to his actual practice or work, so please see a doctor (or herbalist if you must) before taking any advice from this book.
