Now I'm annoyed!!

I had a couple of codes from wrappers, put them in and yay I won!!!

Made my first and second choices, filled in my details, pressed submit and..........................ERROR!!!!

I've taken screenshots just in case!

don't panic, this has happened to me twice in the past, the first time I emailed in the codes and they sent the book, the 2nd time I re entered the codes when the site was back up and running and was able to claim :-)

I'm glad I'm not the only one having problems with Galaxy today. I had major computer probs yesterday and thought the 'error' messages this morning were down to that.

iwanna save money, It seems to go in stops n starts, I won one on my second try, ages ago, but nothing since.

Thanks Scruples! I tried to re-enter the code when the site was working but just got the usual 'Sorry....' :-O

I've emailed them instead!

Iwannasavemoney, take an exam! Seriously! I had two ACCA (accountancy) exams last week, won a book on each day I had them whoohoo!

the site and emailing the code worked fine for me!

The site is down this morning, if you submit email you get error message and it won't let you use email again today !

Not working again, got an error message, then a message saying a code has already been set. But nothing in my inbox
