I got an email from a company called Lexis PR.... saying. . .

Hi Jade,

I hope you're well. You recently entered a competition with More
online to win a Nokia 7310 Supernova with the Nokia Build design
service.

Great news - you've been selected to win this fantastic prize!

You now need to go online and design your handset. Once you've done
this, you need to send me the link with your username and password so
that I can then get this designed for you, and sent straight to you.

So I did as it said (making sure i used a username and password that was completely random and made up for the purpose of this only) sent the details and then waited.....and I have heard nothing since?
That was over 2 weeks ago, do you reckon it was a ploy for getting my details (which wont have been beneficial to them as it happens) or do you think it was genuine? I don't know who to contact at more magazine either. Any suggestions from you hardcore compers?

Looks like this comp? I remebered entering some of them. So it sounds legit to me. I'm sure there's people here who have won More comps though who might recognise the Lexis PR name and tell you how long they normally take.

I think it may be a real win and if you have to customise your phone, i presume it would take more than two weeks to make it up for you... email them or wait a couple more weeks..

I am sure it's genuine; try ringing your contact from Lexis/More. I know Lexis PR are a genuine and good PR company; I worked in that side of things in London myself.
