i would only judge the rule and not the individual. Fermi and Peter thanks for helping construct both arguement and counter arguement to a very serious point.
I use this site as a learning tool and can see both sides better than i did.

hmm thank you for pointing out this thread I'm having loads of bother with reclaim uk.com or credit reclaim uk.com they are really nasty and i wouldn't recomend using them to help you out with any ppi claims or anything else0
