Tim, in one of my mad moments I invested in some German flats with a German freind. Real cheap communist era stock out by the Polish border.
Like you I'm benefiting from the surge in the Euro, on my rental income.
Despite the recession we are over run with new tenant enquiries, which is somewhat surprising as the blocks are quite grim looking and really in the middle of no where. Mind you a typical refurbed flat (we are slowly refurbing each flat) lets for only about 200euros per month.
