In a stable relationship? Save money on greetings cards

In a stable relationship? Save money on greetings cards and have a lovely record of your time together by re-using the same cards every year with a new greeting written on it.

Once you're comfortable with each other, and assuming you both agree, each of you choose a biggish card for each special day (Christmas, birthday, Valentine's, etc) and every year use the same card with a new greeting. It saves oodles of £'s and makes a wonderful record of your years together. We have used ours both at home and abroad on holiday with a relevant note of the year and where we are at the time.

It won't work if you aren't both completely comfortable with the idea. Perhaps Martin would like to try it with his MSF?

We also cut the fronts off other cards and re-use them as post cards, especially to two little girls that we sponsor in Africa. You have to be careful what picture is on these post cards, so using old greetings cards we have a good "across the board" choice of designs.
