Hi,
I was wondering if any of you could help me with xmas toy patterns? i,m hoping to knit a load and sell the for charity at christmas, but i,m so slow at knitting am starting now so i can get a good few done,
I found a nice Snowman on Jean Greenhowes site--trouble is you needed Abode reader to download and my computors so old--it won,t let me download it--asked friends to do it to word and e-mail me it to print out but they say it won,t save--so i really need help on finding a decent site i can download from-i want proper toys to sell--a lot i have looked at are christmas tree hangers and are very flat--or the things are just ugly lol, i need people to want to buy them, also my knitting skills are only basic so the easier the better,
Also does anyone know where i can get cheap wool--obviouly the cheaper the better as i want to make as much profit for the charity as i can,
I was thinking about asking schools if i could have a table at there fetes etc--does anyone know if theres a fee for this--sorry all the questions but this is my first year at fund raising

The Jean Greenhowes Mini Christmas Stockings are also easy to make and nice as tree decorations I made these last year and they sold quite well. I got that pattern printed and can copy an post for it you. I know they are not a toy as such but both adults and children came to buy them. They are cute and you can put a small celebration chocolate or something inside
Here are four of them if you want to take a look

Edit: My husband downloaded the Christmas stocking patten for me on his work computer. I'll ask him later if he can try to do the same with the snowman tomorrow for you0
