Government needs to spend....

...another £ 4.2 Billion a year to meet their target to halve child poverty by 2010.

Luckily the Government appears to have plenty of spare cash to chuck at problems at the moment, so £ 4.2 billion should be easy to 'rustle up' !!!!

    LOL, or.....

    someone once explain that the poverty stats were based on relative poverty, it was a facvinating read, wish I could remember more of it. Any was, once we are talking relativity they can cut spending and still meet targets presumably? ;)
