    Walked 1.5 km which I know isn't alot but it is a start, beyond my walking to the station which is what I normally do!

    my trainers are so comfortable.

    The biggest loser Buffy and Len.......I am addicted too...I am just acquiring the Australian series.......

    Sally, one of my runchums had to go home halfway through our run last night, she was up all night worrying about our running weekend and that maybe she wouldn't keep up.....bless her!

    I cant believe you walked six miles (walking seems like torture to me, I always want to get where I am going quickly)
