dear god............what is the country coming to when this is a quote from our Prime Minister - has he lost the plot? Hasn't he got some rather more pressing matters to be sorting out - the recession for one ?
Prime Minister Gordon Brown wished Jade Goody well and said the "whole country will be worried and anxious about her health".

I struggle to find tights that fit.......I prefer to think it's the length of me legs, not the size of me arriss

Never thought of wearing summink over the top like that, thanks Maz
At school we used to wear our p.e knickers over the top to keep our tights up. When I wore cheap tights I used to wear knickers over the top too. Now I have M and S tights massively stupidly expensive but they DO stay up through anything!!!
Are Spanks knickers or something else?
and hello by the way.
any reason why since I have been on holiday all I want to do is sleep?
like really bad can't keep my eyes open sleep. its really annoying.Nevertheless she persisted.0 -
Have to confess that when I did wear tights as a teenager I also wore knickers over the top - I guessed that because my Mum did, that's what everyone did!
Yes - Spanx are knickers - they are shapewear. I'd need something a bit more concrete constructed to keep all mine in enough to make me look slim! :rotfl:

Spanx are hold-me-in knickers;)
I remember at my dad's funeral, the only tights I had came up to just above my knees. The neighbours had to run round to find me some long enough
Tights often roll down when i'm walking, that's why nowadays I usually wear trousers, and only wear tights under them

Tights are usually waaaaay too long for me, but I'm more of a hold-ups girl.
It's not a sauciness thing, I just hate the feeling of them round my waist.
Plus, I have a thing about nice underwear, so it seems wrong to wear gorgeous knickers and then cover them up with tights. :rotfl:
I'll go now......
