What did you purchase and what did you get? Were you aware that cancelling a service would land you a bill of £1,275?
You don't need a solicitor, yet, just write a letter and explain the facts. Give the company the opportunity to redress their mistakes. Maybe call CAB for advice they may have information on this company.0 -
This company is doing this type of thing all the time, and the FSA are desperate to hear from people like you.
Please Please contact the FSA, what Homebank are doing is against the FSA's treating customers fairly policy.
