La redoute slowcooker

Hi a friend has very kindly given me a La Redoute slowcooker which she hadn't used because it was too small for her family. Unfortunately she hasn't been able to find the handbook that went with it. I've googled it without success and as I am absolutely useless at cooking I was wondering if anyone could help me find out more about this particular model or where I could get a handbook from.
Thanks

A slow cooker is exactly the same as a stockpot or lidded saucepan on low heat on a stove top or in an oven.
You can cook anything that you would cook in those implements.
The advantage is that as it is a slow heat, it is more forgiving if you leave it on for too long and will not need much attention.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0
