Help! Daily Mail Coupons

Hi there,
I don't know if this is the right place for questions on coupons but here goes! I got a mailing from The Daily Mail today which included a book of 'Yummy Mummy' vouchers, a ?Barbara Cartland DVD
and a load of coupons for said Daily Mail. What is the best way to utilise these coupons? Can you only use them on the date specified on each one or do some supermarkets take them anyway
