Bank of Scotklnd - Power 2 Contact - Help please

Hi all
I am at my wits end with bank of Scotland. To cut a long story short i’ve been on a dmp since aug 2006 with CCCS All is going well and i hope to be debt free in three and a bit years...except Bank of Scotland are putting this in jeopardy. They finally accepted my payment plan in april 2007 which ran out in april 2008. I contacted them to renew, as did cccs but they have refused. Since then they have been applying late charges and interest on my debt. I am still making payments through cccs so my debt has remained static for year as my payment covers the interest and charge. It is utterly maddening and cccs and i have written countless times to get them to accept my dmp but they wont.
Anyway today I have been contacted by power 2 contact saying that they specialise in putting customers back in touch with their bank and unless i contact BoS in three days their staff will call at my house. I am so upset,,, i know that these are simply bullying tactics but i am worried that someone will call to my house – i live on my own and feel very vulnerable. I have also contacted CCCS to see if they can help but does anyone have any advice, have any of you had dealings with power 2 contact??
To add insult to injury BoS have charged me £21 for the power 2 contact letter !!!
i feel so down hearted,, i have worked so hard to sort my debt out I’d be very grateful for Any advice

hi, power 2 contact have been to our house and pushed a card through our door ( this was just before xmas ) it was in connection with halifax, on the card it said to ring this person re county court judgement, quoted a ref no and a guys name and number. My oh was grossly angry about it as anyone could have seen it who lives here. My oh rang the number and told the a**e never ever to come to our home again and told him that the card was offensive and breached the data protection act as it disclosed sensetive content. The muppet said well I will see you in court then.The next day yet another card pushed through, we then wrote a letter of complaint to power 2 contact ,never received a response from them but did get a letter from the Halifax who said they would investigate..still waiting for reply.
The thing is dont let them intimidate you, you dont have to talk to them, write back and tell them you only EVER see people by prior appointment to be made in writing agreeable to both parties (it will never be conveinient will it?) Power 2 Contact can be dealt with if you are strong enough, just dont answer the door, and please write and complain if they just push some grubby card through your door.
