Late Payments

Not sure if i am on the right section but anyway here goes, can anybody help as to possibly putting in a claim or going to see an ombudsman abouth late payments by my past debt agency.
I set up payments with them to pay my cards and outstanding loan etc but they failed to pay on time on about five occasions on different cards.
Now this has gone against me as to trying to get good credit because my credit rating has gone down because of them.
Any ideas please thankyou

Is this a DMP that you organised through a company that you paid a fee to???

If so the DMP will have trashed your rating anyway but if they were messing around then they deserve to be complained about. In my experience of public bodies they will only handle complaints if yu have been through local resolution first. Did you complain in writing to the company???

Logically I think they are regulated by the Office of Fair Trading but my brain is saying something about the Ministry of Justice although I can't quite remember what or why .

Anyhow, not much useful to say but if nothing else I have given you a bump back up the board.
