Any Funding For Training?

Hi everyone. Long time browser, first time poster here.
I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am currently unemployed (let go end of last year, struggled to get another job since) and, for the past year, I have been looking at gaining either a C1 or C licence (currently hold B and B1 and have done for over 3 years) but due to the cost of the lessons and test, in the range of around £2k, i simply can not afford it on JSA.
Does anyone know if there is any funded training or a grant/nvq I could do that could help towards it? If it helps, I am currently 21.
Thank you for your help.

Sorry but everyone seems to think the goverment have given the jobcentres pots of money to spend on training but sorry this really isn't the case. There is some funding available but a bit of a postcode lottery to certain areas. You need to speak to your own office to see what is available. The office I work at we refer you to a training provider who is funded by the LSC and they and they ony will give a yes or no answer to whether they will fund your course. There simply isn't enough money in the pot to pay for everyone who asks. Some cases training will certainly help but only if there is a shortage of those workers out there. Where we live there isn't many class1 vacancies out there at the moment so you may be faces with a no i'm afraid.0

Thats fine. I wasn't implying the JC would have the funding, just if there was anything available at all. I will go and have a word with them soon.
I will edit the title to make more sense.
