I just bought a white knight one from Tesco. Can also go through quidco for a small cashback. Think I paid £132. Had white knight before and very good.
We use the same one in the hairdressing salon on a daily basis0 -
I have a hotpoint condenser and will never buy 1 again! In the first 12 months, I had to have the fan replaced 3 times and the heat element once! The fan is away again as it is making a horrendeous noise. Would deffo never buy a hotpoint again. I don't know if I am right or wrong in saying this but someone told me that the dryers with the hoses are more efficient? Don't quote me on that tho!0

We have just replaces our 2 year old indesit condensor dryer as it was leakin water. It was very cheap, very noisy and took forever to dry any amount of clothes. Bought a lovely bosch condensor B rated 7kg load very quiet, has a sensor so stops when stuff is dry. It is really quiet. Pixmania had the same model with free P&P for 335.00 if you can wait a week for delivery. Mine cost 350.00 in currys as I asked them to price match comet!! They were less than happy to do so, so spoke to the manager and showed him a copy of there own price match documentation!!!!!!:D By the way the bosch is one of 'which magazines" best buys.
WTE84307 329.99 from pixmania think there is aslo quidco cashback.0 -
my best investment was buying a GAS white knight tumble drier .You do have to get it installed by approved fitter which does cost more to install but I've had same drier for 12 YEARS and although I use it constantly my highest ever gas bill (inc.gas hob+ch and the drier ) has been £130 for a 3 month quarter
they're about £320 not including installation.

buy a gas dryer without a doubt you probally wont even see a difference on your gas bill a little more expensive to buy but in the long run the cheapest by far. ours is a Whirlpool LGR5437 Gas American Style Dryer had it about 8yrs with no problems at all0
