I am currently claiming jobseekers allowance while i look for a new job, i told alliance an leicester this when i wrote to them informing them that due to me leaving a fee charging company i could now afford to pay them £15 a month rather than the £1 the fee charging company was paying them, then today i get a letter stating they havnt received a satisfactory offer of repayment, has any one else had trouble like this?
