27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
03/06/21: Completion

All baby wipes/toiletries half price in Sainsburys

Just been into Sainsburys and all baby wipes and toiletries are half price - just a few i noticed - kandoo handwash down to £1.15 - own brand wipes 59p for 80, value nappy sacks 14p for 100 - loads of stuff!

I know so do i usually - but today we walked into town and only took the small buggy so couldnt carry much -will have to go back with the bigger pram so I can fill my boots!0

Hi just ordered 80 packs of wipes from sainsburys :T
but now the misses is moaning at me that the will all go dry before we use them :rolleyes: how long will the last? they will last at least 6/7 months wont they?

Fantastic, I was just thinking I'm running low on wipes and nappy sacks - off to stock up now.
vinny - I stocked up on wipes quite a few months before my son was born, he's now 3 months and I haven't found a dry pack yet. As long as they are sealed they'll be fine. hth.0 -
We bought the Sainsburys 80's wipes at half price on Saturday and they had a date of Dec. 20100

i buy a box of 9 wipes at a time and they stay wet as long as they are not opened.0
